Hi –
familylivinglittle.com is not using WordPress.com. Instead it uses the WordPress installation. I know that can be confusing but these are 2 different versions of WordPress. Those differences are outlined on this page:
familylivinglittle.com was registered through Site Ground and looks to be pointed to them at the moment.
Name Server: NS1.US164.SITEGROUND.US
Name Server: NS2.US164.SITEGROUND.USFor help with this site you’ll want to contact your host or visit the WordPress community at https://wordpress.org/support/
PS – best wishes for a happy and healthy baby when the time comes :)

You can change the header image but to change any other images in the theme template, you really need to code in .php. There are various online resources to learn .php. That said, without knowing php, you really won’t be able to customize a wordpress theme. Try Wix or Squarespace instead. Unlike, WordPress, they are drag and drop sites that don’t require coding.
