Changing the subject line of an email so it is identifiable to my blog

  When an email gets sent out to my subscribers, the subject line reads, [New Post] etc. etc. There is nothing identifiable about it. I’d like to change “new post” to my blog title. How do I go about doing that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
