Changing the text in the 404 page

  Is it possible to change the text for the 404 error page?
  “Easy, tiger. This is a 404 page.
  You are totally in the wrong place. Do not pass GO; do not collect $200.”

  Also, can I change the text users see when they search my blog and it comes up with no results. At the moment it is “Welp, we couldn’t find that…try again?”

  No, unfortunately you can’t change the 404 error message.
