  Please help!

  I tried to change the title of my blog, and now I can’t get into it anymore.

  The Blog Title (not the blog address or URL and the optional Tagline can be chnaged at any time on this page > Settings > General. This is the log-in link for the blog linked to your username http://mostlytripe.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
