Changing the title and menu colors

My title is coming up red which does not go with my color palette at all. How can I change the title and the menu options to a color that goes with my site? It looks gray when I’m editing which either that color or the aqua in the background would work, but when I view it they are red.

Thank you timethief it looks like my original theme was upgraded so that took care of it ! I do have a question about how to have each page (like my recipe page and diy page to show a different photo other than what is in my main page.?

You will have to select a theme that provides that feature.
