Changing the title of the Comments section to something else

  “I want to change the title of the Comments section to something else. How do I use CSS to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  You don’t always need CSS to change the title of the comments section,
  You can also go to WP Admin -> Settings -> Discussion , and then scroll down until you find Comment Form – Prompt. Here you can change the title that your comments will have in the upper level.

  Actually I figured it out but it won’t change on mobile.
  Why is that? And How can I solve it?
