Changing the URL

I’m not sure exactly how to phrase my problem, but when I post a blog the url is: http://neversaynothing.com/the-date-I-posted-the-blog/the-blog-title. I want to change the date portion of the URL to simply the word “blog,” but I can’t see where I would do that in my dashboard. Is this even possible? What I want, in other words, is:
http://neversaynothing.com/blog/the-blog-title
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No. It’s only possible if you hire a web host and move your content into a WordPress.ORG install.
