Changing the URL address of my secondary blog

  I’m trying to change the URL of my secondary blog. I followed the instructions but when I’m on My blogs page and I’m moving the mouse above the address I want to change the options to change it does not appear. What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you going to the My Blogs page in the Reader or in the Dashboard? You need to be on the latter to get that option. You will also only get that option for blogs where you are the owner, so make sure you’re logged in under the exact same username you used to create the blog.
