Changing the URL of my existing website?

  I own WalkingandNappingwithFibro.com (a WP site)
  But I want to change the site to ExercisewithChronicPain.com…

  I changed the title…and I registered ExercisewithChronicPain.wordpress.com…which then redirects to my WalkingandNapping site…

  If you try to go to WalkingandNappingwithFibro.wordpress.com it says that has been deleted (because I deleted it)..and yet the version without .wordpress.com still exists.

  …how do I just eliminate the first URL and have that site exist fully as ExercisewithChronicPain.com? Is this possible?

  Any help is greatly appreciated!
