Changing the 'via' on Twitter Share button

Hi,
I am unable to change the Twitter username made from the share feature on Twitter. I have tried changing the ‘Twitter username to include in tweets when people share using the Twitter button.’ in the sharing part of WPAdmin but it is still listing my old Twitter username. I have also tried removing Twitter completely from the blog and re-adding it, still with no luck.
Is there a way to change this?

Hi there. Just to clarify, is the old username still appearing in Settings ->Sharing, or only when you click the tweet button on a post? If the old name is still in Settings ->Sharing, try clearing your browser cache and then try changing it again: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
If it is changed in Settings ->Sharing but the button still mentions the wrong username, please provide both the old and the new Twitter username here. This is a common problem that staff can fix easily, but they’ll need both usernames.

It is the second option whereby the button still mentions the wrong username when trying to share a post. It shows my old Twitter username still which was @RuthMarie1991. My current Twitter username is @ruth_the_writer. Thank you!

I just fixed that up so your new Twitter username is used on all of your posts. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
