Changing the word 'home' to blog'

Hello! As we have a wordpress.com I am unable to edit the .php so was wondering if anyone could help with some CSS code to change the word ‘Home’ to ‘Blog’?

Several themes have a special header tab, usually “Home” and it’s just a tab. It’s not an actual page such as those you create but it’s simply a link back to the blog front (the main blog URL, which can be your latest posts or a static page). http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/05/06/the-home-tab/

I have created a custom menu, thanks! now the only problem is I have now lost my pages – which had other content on them?

You need to add in all the menu items you want to keep. The custom menu replaces the default menu.

Ok. I’m a tad confused sorry! I just want the top to say blog, about, studios, classes, vintage.
I then want all my posts to be shown when you click on blog.
How do I get all my posts to appear on blog?

I checked your custom menus page and you added several different menus. You just need one (so there will be only one tab along the top on the custom menus page).
Go to Appearance → Menus and delete all the menus except one. Then you should add some items from the areas on the left into your menu until you have a list you like. The menu items will appear in the large area on the right. If you want to duplicate the menu you had before, then you should add all pages to your custom menu. Then you can add “Blog” as a custom menu item and point it to your blog URL which is http://supersuperhq.com/
