changing theme

  I am trying to change the theme of our blog to but am having zero luck. I am following the ‘activate’ button command but it is not letting me update. Are there different admin restrictions?

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

  I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and change the theme.
