Changing theme – and having all example content

    I want to save my domain, but be able to start over with new theme. The problem is, that when I cleared all pages, posts etc. and now try to take new theme, it does not give me the example content of the new theme but gives only the structure without any pages or posts (because is deleted them). I would like to have tha example content too, so it would be easier to customice the content and think what to leave and what not and not have to build everything from the scratch. How it is possible?
