Changing Theme (part 2)

  Hello, we are in desperate need to update our theme. However, I went to choose the free theme, but a note came up saying ‘Unable to activate theme. Contact support’. So here I am! I was trying to switch it to the TextBook theme.

  I have reactivated Textbook on coreclinic.wordpress.com for you. Not sure why you could not.

  Hmmm.. well I still get the same error message when I tried to activate it. I can see that you changed it though

  Do you think it’s permissions? I should be an administrator. I can see the .com/wp-admin view, but I can’t click on Customize

  Hi there,

  You’re an Editor to that site. To be able to fully manage it you’ll need to be an Administrator. For that, you should ask the site’s owner.
