Changing theme – will I loose my content?

  I used one theme and added a lot of content. Then I realized that I’d like to have a different theme – will I loose my content? Does after switch this new theme will be empty?

  Also interested in this issue! Tell me, what happens when you switch themes? Will I have to reinstall all over again? Planning to buy this theme if it matters.
