changing theme without losing original content

  If I changed a current theme to try out another, will original info get lost, or can I go back and forth between some themes while keeping the original site intact, should I want to go back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, it will not. You may have to drag your widgets back into the sidebar, but that’s it.
