changing themes

  How can i change from one theme to another in the free plan and still keep all posts and site name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your posts and site title won’t be touched when switching themes, no matter what plan you’re using.

  You might need to reassign your custom menus to the new theme’s location.

  If you’re missing any widgets after switching themes, visit the widget-management area in WP Admin at https://mumsnuture.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php and scroll down to the very bottom. Your missing widgets should be there under Inactive Widgets, and you can drag them over to the new theme’s widget area.
