  Hi! I don’t know what’s happening when you try to install a theme. If you’re getting an error, or if something specific is happening, you might have some luck searching the web for something like this:

  [a few words from the error, or the thing that is happening] theme WordPress

  You might find fastest help that way. Otherwise, try reaching out to your host, or use the correct forum:
