changing themes and picking one

I am setting up my first webzine. What I have so far is a mess. http://www.thebluebullypulpit.com I want to change the theme, I’ve picked a couple I like, but I am not sure what to upload from the items I’ve unzipped in order to update the theme. Help please.

http://www.thebluebullypulpit.com is not a WordPress.com blog but a WordPress.ORG one and you need to be in their forums for help with that.

As raincoster mentioned above, these forums are for folks with sites on WordPress.com.
