I have a blog already and have been blogging for awhile.
How do I change, if I can, my theme and look without deleting my existing blog.
Or do I have to start all over with a new blog?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can apply any of the available themes on WordPress.com to your existing site. If you want to preview them first, go to your Dashboard>Appearance>Themes> and then select your theme and click Live Preview. If you like the way it looks, click “Activate” and your site will be displayed wearing the new theme. Otherwise you can click “Cancel” to return to your previous theme.

If you want to “shop before you try”, head on over to the Theme Showcase and look for themes with the features you would like to have on your site: http://wordpress.com/themes/

If in the transition to your new theme you find that any widget you previously added has “disappeared,” you should find it in the Dashboard>Appearance>Widgets>Inactive Widgets (at the bottom of that screen). Simply drag it back to the area where you want it to appear.
