Changing time of feed delivery

I’ve looked for a few days for where to change my delivery time for my blog feed. I can’t even find where you see how the feeds are delivered, thru WP or Feedburner. Currently my feed goes out at 3 am the next morning, so it’s too late for some of my content that has expired so I need to change it. I read through this info at

but no answer there either.
Any help would be appreciated!
