Changing title?

  Okay, I’ve chosen my blog’s theme. How do I go about changing the title and subtitle of the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change those in your dashboard under settings > general right near the top. Make sure and save the changes after you make them.
