  I would like to change this (heirloomoffaith.cordpress.com) to (carepackages.wordpress.com) Can I do that and switch the background pictures?

  That doesn’t appear to be possible unless it was yourself that created a site by that name https://carepackages.wordpress.com/ 13 years ago
