  How do you change your Title’s Background to a picture? Like go to pinkmafias.wordpress.com. Notice how it has pics of penguins where her title is? I am wondering… HOW DO YOU DO THAT??????????

  Some themes allow for customized headers. The blogger you point to has made her own customized header for her Blix theme blog and uploaded it. You can do the same too depending on the theme you choose. Here’s a list of themes you can add customized headers to.
