Changing title of blog site and search address

  I opened my blog site with the name “The Harvest Principle” and address “theharvestprinciple.wordpress.com”.
  I want to change it to “Love, Light And Life” and “lovelightandlife.wordpress.com How do I accomplish this. I’m having trouble knowing gthe difference between domain name, user name, etc. Thanks
