Changing Title of a category

  Hi,

  Somehow I changed the title of the category “Bear Tales” to “Where are all the mighty bears hibernating”. It shows up in my sidebar in bold type on top with the Bear Tales link underneath. How do I change the bold type on top that says “Where are all the mighty bears hibernating?”. Sorry guys I’m new to this and I DID check the FAQ’s on this one too. Thanks! Hope to hear from someone soon!

  Hi judyb12,

  I tried what you said, Manage, Categories, Edit. That didn’t work. I also tried changing the name in Presentation>Widgets> and then clicking on the ‘Categories’ widget in the sidebar, but all I could do there was change the way it looked on the sidebar.

  (I am using the Kubrick template, if that helps?) Hope to hear from you again or someone soon. Thanks!

  Hello again,

  I have set the Privacy option to Public now. So you can take a look and tell me what I need to do. What I meant was that I tried to change the Header that appears above the Bear Tale link below “Where are all the mighty bears hibernating?”. That is the part I want to change. Hopefully now that you can see it, you can tell me how to change it. Thank you. Hope to hear from someone soon.

  When I went to Manage>Categories I am able to change the name of the category (I can change ‘Bear Tales’ to anything I want.) It’s the Header above the category ‘Bear Tales’ I want to change! Does anyone know what this actually is? (Below)

  What is this text? and how do I change it/ get rid of it?

  Ohhhhhhhhh. I get it. Sorry. Go to Presentation->Widgets and click on the Categories widget. It should open up a box that allows you to change the title.

  It’s the title of the Widget, not the Category.

  I just realized that I had to CLICK IN THE TEXT BOX TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE WIDGET! YOU’RE A BIG HELP! 8-P
