Changing Title/Header Text COlor

    I want to change the text color of the Header. When I’m in the Customizer it shows up white but when I go back to the site, it is black/gray. I don’t see the option to change the header color anymore either. In Dashboard -> Appearances I do not have a “Header” option. And in the Customizer, I see background color and header image options, but not header color.

    Also, I cannot seem to exit the Custom Design Upgrade preview. Whenever I hit the “Exit the preview” it sends me to “Page cannot be found”
