Changing to self-hosting

  Hi guys,

  I have bought self-hosting at Go Daddy and installed the latest version of the wordpress software.

  However, when I log in to my wordpress account, the plug-in tab has not appeared in the dashboard.

  Is there another step in the process I have not done in transferring the blog over?

  I have googled and come up with no answers so far.

  This blog http://thepeoplesperson.com/ is being free hosted by WordPress.com. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install any plugins.
