Changing transparent header background

  Recently when I’ve gone to customise the header to make it transparent instead of white, the colour says its transparent but it is white so I can’t change it to what I want to be a transparent header. I think this is a bug, but I don’t know what to do about it.

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure what you mean by trying to make your header transparent. Do you mean to say you want to add a “header image” to show behind your site title and menu?

  Your current theme does not have an option to add a header image but you can switch to any of the themes listed here, which do have that option: https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/custom-header
