Changing twitter follow me name

  Hello, my site is http://www.xandriaaisha.com and I had it made by a developer who apparently bought wordpress theme Twenty Thirteen. I am trying to change the twitter follow me button which has my old twitter ID. I have changed the tweet settings but the follow me link is not changing. Please help.

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
