changing upgraded blog domain name back to free

  The upgraded blog domain name expired and I did not renew it because it never worked with Go Daddy. Now it will not let me revert back to the free i.e. blog (email visible only to moderators and staff) name but keeps flashing a warning, must upgrade. How can I cancel the upgrade (which expired a year ago) and revert back to the free blog domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What is the domain URL you refer to please?
  Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. https://wordpress.com/purchases You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

  Hi there,

  Are you referring to https://audragraceshelby.wordpress.com/? Because, I can access the site straight from that URL. However, if you are referring to accessing the site from blog.audragraceshelby.com, you won’t be able to since the domain is no longer mapped to WordPress.com.
