  Is there any way to individually change the URL to a post? Like, change it from example.com/example/?=123 to example.com/example/?=122?

  Do you have a wordpress.com blog and does this question apply to it? The reason I ask is because the option you are presenting exists in blogs from http://wordpress.org but not on our blogs at wp.com.
