Changing URL

  How do I change my blog’s url? I looked at the description posted by WordPress. However, the information is outdated. When I hoved over my blog’s title on “Manage my blogs”, it doesn’t allow me to change the url. Please help me change the link. Thank you.

  You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the blog in question. Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
