Changing URL address (domain?)

  I would like to change the name of my blog from http://fuzzfactoryblog.wordpress.com/ to http://fuzzfactoryradio.wordpress.com/. How can I do this. I am open to an upgrade too. I just need to change the name first and foremost.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
