How do I change my blog's address to another blog's address?

  I have both url’s registered, but I can’t figure out how to switch it over. I keep getting a message saying that the url is already registered.

  If the URL is already registered, you’ll need to export/import your content via the Tools section of the Dashboard on both blogs.
