Changing User from Editor to Administrator

  In the beginning… I had two separate blogs. Then wrote to WordPress.com technical support to have them linked and, it was set up as such. For some reason, I am set as Editor of the one blog and (obviously) not able to reset myself as Administrator. I’m not sure, but suspect this is the reason I’m not able to access the “Users” feature in Dashboard (it doesn’t even appear on the menu). How to correct this? I have a time-sensitive administrative issue!

  Are the two sites under one account? And are you the admin of one of those blogs?

  Solved! A suggestion to log in was made on another query somewhere in Support (wanted to cite the thread and give thanks! but, after several attempts, was unable to locate it again). I was already logged in to the blog site in question, so logged out and logged in again DIRECTLY, rather than as part of my collection of blogs. Voila! This route recognizes me as the Administrator and I was able to resolve the issue at hand!
