changing username

  I have followed the given instruction to change my username – under account setting -> change username. However my username section is displayed in grey and wouldn’t allow me to change. Could I get some help please?

  Can I just double check that this is the account screen that you saw with the greyed out username field?

  after few refreshing and faffing around I have managed to solve this! thanks anyway!
