  How on earth do I change my username, how wordpress tells you to do it, still isn’t working.

  Hi there,
  Follow these instructions to change the username:

  STEP 1: Login to your WordPress.com account

  STEP 2: Click on the profile picture on the top right corner of the blue menu bar. This will take you to the “My Profile” page

  STEP 3: Edit the name under “Public Display Name” to change your username.
