Changing Username Problem

    I just created my blog and I tried to change my old username to the same name as my blog: pamelaloveridge, but it says “sorry, that site already exists!”. I

    Because of the way usernames work in our system, I’ll have to help you out with this request.

    What I can do is create a new WordPress.com account under pamelaloveridge for you. In order to do do so, I will need a second email address from you because each user account must have a unique email address. (If you post that email address here as a properly formed address, our forums software will redact it from public display.)

    Once I have the new email address, I will create the pamelaloveridge username and then transfer your pamelaloveridge.wordpress.com blog to this new account.
