changing viewer role to contributor when they don't appear in "All Users"

  How do I change user roles from viewer to contributor? I can’t do it from the “All Users” page as specified because even though they’ve accepted the invitation, they don’t show up on that page, only on the invitations page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have to invite someone to be a contributor on the site. Go to Users > Add New and set their user role to Contributor. If they have not accepted the invite (check email spam folder), resend it.
