Changing Vigilance page colour from white? (not background colour)

  Hi there – anybody know if there is a way (using CSS code) that I can change the white page colour of the site? Note, I don’t mean the background colour, I mean the area that is white by default? Help much appreciated, thanks.

  There is not Staff support for CSS editing and only 2 Volunteers occasionally help with it. They have jobs so you must wait patiently for them to log in and locate your thread and help you.
