Changing visibility not working

  I changed my blog from private to public yesterday in Settings/Reading and saved the change, refreshed, restarted laptop, etc, but when I paste a link to my blog it still says “Protected Blog – Log in.” Any thoughts on this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Steph.

  I was able to view ssquaredliving.com, while logged out of WordPress.com. My first thought is that a caching issue is causing the ‘Protected Blog – Log in.’ text to still display on your end. Could you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and let me know if that helps?

  Thanks for your reply!
  I cleared the cache and cookies but still seeing “Protected Blog” message when I paste the blog address into a Facebook instant Message.

  Are you able to see that message when viewing your site in your browser? The issue you’re seeing is likely down to caching on Facebook’s end. You can run your site through Facebook’s Debug tool and ‘Fetch new scrape information’ for you site:

  https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/
