changing visibility to 'private'

  Hello. I changed my site’s visibility to ‘Private’ a few days ago, but it is still visible to the public. The site is called Sierra Nevada List <sierranevadalist.wordpress.com>, and it presents public job listings in Northern California. I have learned that many of the people here are involved in crime, and I don’t want to attract people from the San Francisco Bay Area to a location that is unsafe and could make them victims of torture.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  …this is what I see when I click on your blog:

  “This site is marked private by its owner. If you would like to view it, you’ll need permission from the site owner. Request an invite and we’ll send your username to the site owner for their approval.”

  When I Google your blog, all of the links are “marked private by its owner” as well. Are you logged out when looking at your blog?

  You’re right, I was logged in. I tried logging out, and I saw what you saw.
