  How hard is it to change the URL later on? I just started building my website. I don’t want to get too deep into it and find out I have to start all over.

  Please provide us with the URL of the website you’re referring to?

  However, If your site is mysite.wordpress.com, Please follow these instructions here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address 

  It’s important to note that the requested URL must be available for you to go for it.

  If you have a plugin-enabled site that is mysite.wpcomstaging.com, then it will not be possible to change the URL, but you can add a custom domain to it (mysite.wpcomstaging.com to mysite.com).
