Changing Website

  I want to work on completely re-doing our website. How can I do this, keep my current website (until the new one is complete), while I use the same web address for the new one?

  Hi @zuzimoveit, no problem. You’re welcome to stage your new site with us before pointing the domain here. That way your current site can stay “live” until your new one is ready.

  Start by creating your site with the plan of your choice, but use one of the free .wordpress.com or home.blog type urls:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/five-step-website-setup/

  Just avoid using the domain options until you’re ready, and you can ask support for help as needed.

  Then you can either transfer the domain or map it to our servers.

  Noting you may need a domain to add plugins and themes to our Business plan, but if you need help with that, you can get in touch via chat support and our team will help you through.
