  Hello, I just want to ask what would happen to the email the company bought from the other hosting service because they bought an email there and the website is just a freebie. What will happen to the email they bought if they transferred the ownership of the domain to you?

  If you’re hosting your site on WordPress.com and you bring over a domain with a custom email, you will need to update the MX records on your domain so that the email keeps working correctly.

  If that existing email is with Google Workspace, you can check this one:
