I am not familiar with CSS codes. Currently My widget box is blue with white lettering. How do I change the color of both the box and lettering? I’m completely confused.

    Hello @pickiest

Before we go with CSS option, I’d like to point out the fact that the theme you are using on your website (Apostrophe 2) comes with four widget areas: three in a sidebar alongside your content (Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary), and one area in the footer of your page. Placing your website’s widgets on Primary area makes them acquire blue background and white lettering as it is shown on your website right now. Changing their placement to other areas will make them acquire different styles. Check this link out to see how your website’s widgets will look like if you place them on different widget areas:
    https://wordpress.com/theme/apostrophe-2#sidebar-widgets

Now, you can tell the reason why all your website’s widgets show up blue because they are all placed in Primary section.

Please try and change your website’s widgets section (area) to have them get new styles. If none of the standard styles offered by the theme meet your requirements, let us know about what colors you wish to style your widgets with and we will provide you with full CSS code for that.

    Bests,
