Changing Widget Header Font Colour?

    Hi,
    I am using the Nevertheless theme and it’s great. However I was wondering how I can change the font colour of the header text of my widgets? At the moment it is black but I want it to be white.
    I have tried searching and various codes but nothing seems to work. I have changed the header background colour without any issues.
