Changing Word press Contact Email address

I have non-existing email address set as our contact email for Word Press, so we don’t receive any notification by email because we don’t have an access to this email address or those emails are going nowhere.
I tried to change our contact email address, but since I can’t confirm email changes because the confirmation goes to the non-existent address, I’ll need human support to help update this for you. They can verify your identity and change the email address without requiring confirmation from the old one. But I cannot get connected with the support agent. What should I do?
