  Hi there,

  You can change your account’s username by following these instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/support/change-your-username/

  Please note that this action is irreversible and you won’t be able to get your old username back.

  Also, the username change will be universal and the changes will be reflected on all of the blogs under that same account.

Maybe the term I should be using is “email address.” When I enter … http://www.killyblogs.wordpress.com … I get my Killyblogs blog, which is an index of links to my other blogs. If I enter … http://www.myshumeiyears.wordpress.com … I get my “Opportunity Knocked” blog … I want to change the words “myshumeiyears” to “opportunityknocks” – according to what I’m understanding from your comment, if I do that, ALL of my blogs, including Killyblogs, will be under … http://www.opportunityknocks.wordpress.com … is that right?

  If you change myshumeiyears to opportunityknocks then myshumeiyears.wordpress.com will become opportunityknocks.wordpress.com but killyblogs.wordpress.com will still be killyblogs.wordpress.com

  If your goal is to get everything under opportunityknocks.wordpress.com then pick one of the two to change: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  And, for the second, export/import the content:

  https://wordpress.com/support/export/
  https://wordpress.com/support/import/#importing-content-from-another-word-press-blog

  Thanks all! My fault for leading everybody (including myself) down the wrong path. I did more internet searching and discovered that the term I SHOULD have been using is “SITE ADDRESS” … I tried that and BINGO, I got my answer, AND the desired result. Be well everyone, and I appreciate your input!
